TRANSPARENT ADMINISTRATION
He D.Lgs. 14/03/2013, n. 33 “Reorganization of the regulations regarding advertising obligations, transparency and dissemination of information by public administrations”, published in the Gazz. Uff. 5 April 2013, n. 80 and in force from 20 April 2013, intends to make information concerning the organization and activities of public administrations accessible, with the aim of promoting widespread forms of control over the pursuit of institutional functions and the use of public resources.
It should also be noted that, pursuant to art. 9 of the legislative decree 8 August 2013, n.91, converted into law 7 October 2013, containing “Urgent provisions to ensure transparency, the simplification and effectiveness of the system of public contributions to live entertainment and cinema" in the paragraph 2 it is prescribed that entertainment bodies and organisations, financed from the Single Entertainment Fund referred to in law 30 April 1985, n. 163, or pursuant to law 23 December 1996, n. 662, and subsequent modifications, they must publish and update (by 31 January of each year) the following information relating to the holders of top administrative and artistic positions and managerial positions, for any reason conferred, as well as collaboration or consultancy:
a) the details of the deed of assignment of the assignment;
b) his career;
c) the fees, however named, relating to the employment relationship, consultancy or collaboration.
Lenz Foundation, cultural body recognized by prefectural decree of 15/01/2015 and registered in the New Register of Private Legal Persons at No. 54 at the Prefecture of Parma, transposing and sharing the objectives and purposes of the Legislative Decree. 14/03/2013 n. 33, publishes the documents relating to the Board of Directors, Board of Auditors, Artistic and organizational direction, holders of collaboration and consultancy roles.
